Wedding Update: Mmmmm... Bar-B-Q

Brent says: We got to do a tasting on Thursday. I have discovered that the absolute best thing about getting married is the tastings. Cakes, caterers, you name it! I'm all for it.

Check out this spread we got! Kevin is the owner of this business, and has been really good to work with. They are smart! They make good barbecue, but also do all the other things (Tables, chairs, cloths, etc) as well, so you don't have to worry about any of that stuff...

We're doing our reception like a big family picnic; Relaxed, casual - Should be a lot of fun.

Is Kevin wearing a rotisserie jump suit? He looks like he's catering for the set of "ET." I guess barbecue in California requires such space-age uniforms.

Jen -
Clearly you are not aware of Section C-4A of the California Barbecuers Code of Conduct which requires a full asbestos suit for all barbecue catering business owners... Its right in there after the requirement to wear an apron that says, "Kiss the Cook" whenever within 10 yards of any form of charcoal... Good observation!
